- To enter this sweepstakes you will need a cash register receipt.
- If you have made a recent purchase at Lowe’s Canada you can register by completing a guest satisfaction survey.
- Please note that you have to enter and complete the survey within one week of your purchase.
- To get started, visit www.Lowes.ca/feedback and be entered to win $5,000 gift card
- Simply select your Country ( US or Canada). If you are in the US and not Canada, you can go to www.lowes.com/survey to start the survey
- and language – your choice of English or French for Canada
- Then enter date and time of your visit, purchase total and the Receipt’s 12-digit ID Number.
- Lowes will guide you through a series of short questions and you may select your answers from the check boxes given on each page.

Lowes is an American retail chain that sells home improvement items and appliances. It was founded in North Carolina in 1946, expanded the number of locations until the 1980s then (under pressure from competitor Home Depot) adopted the big-box format we know today. Q – What is Lowe’s return policy?
A – Items can be returned within 90 days of purchase, with the original receipt. You can return your item by bringing it into your local Lowes store or calling 1-888-98-LOWES to get information on returning your item.
Q – What is Lowe’s price match policy?
A – The price match policy states that if you can find the identical item currently offered for less at a local competitor’s store or website they’ll match the price and beat it by 10%. If you find a lower price on an online-only website they will simply match the price.
